Change

Progress Or Be Left Behind
From the time you are born until the day you die one thing will remain constant, and that is the progress of technology.  Today we live in a culture where technology affects everything.  With technology there is always advancement and until the end of time it will continue to change.

Advancing the Technology of Sampling & Reporting
SampleServe.com began with a simple concept....make well sampling and reporting more efficient.  That simple concept remains our core mission.  Nearly every day someone in our company comes up with a process improvement or automation efficiency to shave off a second when sampling a monitoring well. Almost daily someone comes up with an improvement in data management or reporting. Our programmers are currently working full time on rolling out Version 2.0 of our software and meanwhile even more improvement ideas are filling the suggestion box for Version 3.0. Constant evaluation and improvement is our culture.  And key to that culture:  We will never sacrifice Quality!

We understand that technology has to either improve service or lower cost in order to be embraced by the consumer.  We decided to do both.

Change......and all the Issues it Brings
The power of the human fight-or-flight response can be activated in some people when change is proposed or even hinted.
Evaluations of new technology and processes should be routine in any company. This does not mean that change is inevitable but it does mean that the idea of "changing" should be constantly and carefully considered on an on-going basis. That process should be part of the corporate culture. The world is changing at ever increasing rates. One thing for sure is you will not be doing business that same way you are now in 2020 or in 2030.  Change, for the right reasons, can bring about many positive benefits. Cost savings, time savings, and a better understanding of corporate mission and values.
